Ongoing training programs ensure that instructors master our method which fuses cardio, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and modern dance. Plus, we offer different formats for the variety you need to stay motivated and break through plateaus.

Cardio Sculpt

Feel lighter, stronger and happier after high-intensity, dance-based cardio followed by strength training and stretching.
 

 

Cardio Sculpt HIIT

Build endurance and boost your mood with 40 minutes of HIIT-style dance cardio. Finish with targeted strength training and stretching.
 

 

Cardio

Feel lighter, stronger and happier after dancing your way through 30 minutes of high intensity cardio.

 

Power Sculpt

Fire up your metabolism in this HIIT class that combines high-intensity dance-based cardio with intervals of targeted strength work. Finish with concentrated strength training.

 

Power Sculpt HIIT

Push your limits and find your power in this high-intensity circuit-based class. Targeted strength training combines with HIIT-style dance cardio for maximum effectiveness.
 

 

Sculpt

Build lean muscle in this strength training class. You’ll squat, push-up and plank your way to total-body wellness with routines that sculpt and tone every muscle in your body.

 

 

Sculpt HIIT

This energizing strength training class includes targeted muscle work and HIIT-style dance cardio breaks for full body results you can feel.

 

Stretch

Increase flexibility and relieve soreness in this dance-based restorative class. With dynamic and static stretching, you'll stabilize your joints, lengthen your muscles, and promote physical & mental balance.

 

Cardio Sculpt (low impact)
